How to use a coupon code
Keep the code handy and match the offer to your order before you reach checkout.
1. Choose your shopping country
Use the country selector to narrow the list. Read the customer, product and minimum-spend conditions on the card. If a store has two codes, compare them against the items in your basket.
2. Copy the code
Press Copy code. If your browser cannot copy automatically, select the displayed code and copy it manually. When a store link is available, Copy Code also opens it in a new tab. Copying never places an order.
3. Apply it at the store
Open the store, add eligible items and enter the code in the coupon field at basket or checkout. Review the order total and delivery charges. If the offer is wallet cashback, read the credit amount separately from the payment due.
Does a coupon include free delivery?
Only when the offer says so. Delivery thresholds, fees and subscription benefits belong to the merchant’s shipping terms; a percentage-off code does not automatically include them.
Can I combine two codes?
Treat codes as alternatives unless the offer terms explicitly allow a combination. Sale eligibility and using two coupon codes are different conditions.
Who handles delivery and refunds?
The merchant handles your order, payment, shipment and refund. Use the order reference to contact its support team. We do not take payments or have access to merchant orders.
