Booking confirmation & arrival
There is no parcel delivery for an accommodation booking. Keep the confirmation email and check the booking status, arrival dates and guest details in Manage Booking before travelling.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation fees are set by the property and the selected rate. Open Manage My Booking from the confirmation email, or Manage Booking in your account. A non-refundable booking or a cancellation after the free-cancellation deadline may have a charge.
Refunds
Agoda’s published booking policy says accommodation cancellation requests are normally processed within ten days, with any applicable penalty deducted. The deadline and refund entitlement on your confirmation still govern. Some shortened-stay cases take longer while the hotel confirms the dates; Agoda says it will email if processing is likely to exceed ten days. Bank arrival can take additional time.
Using your Agoda coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
- Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
- Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.
Store offers and coupons have separate conditions. Their terms explain any limits on combining them.
Questions before you book
Is Pay Later the same as paying at the hotel?
No. Read who collects payment and when in the selected rate’s payment schedule.
Can I cancel every Agoda booking for free?
The property and room rate determine the deadline and fee. Non-refundable rates have different conditions.
Where can I manage the reservation?
Use Manage Booking in your account or the management link in the confirmation email.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
Read who will charge the booking and when before confirming it. Pay Later and payment-at-property arrangements are not the same as paying immediately. Use the payment schedule attached to your selected rate.
