Under500 delivery times
The current meal-plan FAQ specifies Dubai delivery from Monday to Friday, with no weekend service. Address availability, the start date and available slots appear during plan selection. A UAE coupon flag describes the country of the offer, not delivery coverage in every emirate.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returning your purchase
The FAQ allows pausing without a penalty and swapping meals, but the terms require order changes at least 36 hours before delivery. Arrange pauses and changes ahead of that cutoff. Food orders do not follow the return process used for clothing or electronics.
How the refund is handled
Cancellation is subject to the merchant’s refund policy, and existing wallet credit stays available for future use. A fixed cash-refund entitlement or bank-processing time is not published in the available terms. For unused plan days, request the applicable amount and method from Under500 before cancelling.

How early should I change a delivery?
