Delivery information
ASOS lists Standard and Express delivery for the UAE. The delivery date, charge and free-delivery threshold are calculated for the destination at checkout. Its UAE delivery page says ASOS covers VAT on entry; other applicable duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
The general international policy gives 28 days from delivery or collection availability to return items, subject to condition and Fair Use rules. UAE and Saudi customers use ASOS’s returns platform; a country-specific fee may be deducted. Accepted returns are refunded rather than exchanged.
Refunds
International returns can take up to 21 working days to reach ASOS and be processed. After processing, allow up to another 10 working days for the money to reach your payment account. Keep proof of postage and follow the return tracking; these are separate stages, not a ten-day total from handing over the parcel.
Using your ASOS coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Choose eligible items sold by ASOS. Promotional codes exclude Brand Partner products, delivery charges and gift vouchers.
- At checkout, paste the code into the Promo/Student code field exactly as copied, without adding spaces.
- Select Apply Code, then review the discount and updated order total before paying.
- ASOS accepts one promotional code per order, including free-delivery codes. Apply your chosen code before placing the order; it cannot be added afterwards.

Can I exchange an online return for another size?
The international process refunds accepted returns rather than exchanging them.
Does the refund period start when I post the parcel?
Return transit and processing come first. The payment-account stage starts after ASOS processes the return.
Do I need an account for a gift voucher?
ASOS requires an account to redeem its gift card or gift voucher.
Can a return affect the discount on my ASOS order?
Yes. If returning an item means the order no longer meets the code’s conditions, ASOS may adjust the refund or, in some cases, give no refund. The terms of the code determine the outcome.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
