Booking confirmation & arrival
The confirmation page or email contains the booking reference and status. If payment is deducted but the booking fails, AirAsia’s support guide says to use AskBo’s payment-done/booking-failed option with the reference and booking email.
Cancellations & refunds
Easy Cancel is an optional HTS product bought during booking, not a blanket right on every fare. Its cancellation deadline and payout are shown for the individual booking, and it must cover all passengers in that booking.
Refunds
Easy Cancel refunds are administered by HTS. Airline disruption recovery is a separate process through AirAsia/AskBo. A failed booking triggers its own refund process after status confirmation; retain the processing email.
Using your AirAsia Travel coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Select Flights in AirAsia MOVE, enter the route, dates and passengers, and use the flight search’s PROMOCODE field where shown.
- Paste the copied code exactly. A product checkout may instead show “Use voucher or enter code”; use the field belonging to that booking.
- Select the flight and any bags or seats. Compare the fare, add-ons and final payment separately from optional cancellation protection.
- After payment, retain the booking status and reference. A payment deduction alone does not replace a confirmed booking.

Questions before you book
Is Easy Cancel included in every ticket?
No. It is an optional product available during eligible booking journeys, with a booking-specific deadline and refund amount.
Can one passenger use Easy Cancel separately?
The FAQ says it must be purchased and exercised for all passengers under the same booking reference.
What if AirAsia cancels the flight?
Follow the service recovery options in the airline’s notification and contact AskBo; do not automatically use the paid Easy Cancel route.
Where do I enter an AirAsia MOVE promo code?
The official flight guide shows a PROMOCODE field during flight search. Some product checkouts use “Use voucher or enter code”. These are entry instructions, not a promise that unrelated campaign terms apply to your booking.
What if payment is deducted but there is no confirmed trip?
Keep the payment record, booking email and any reference. Use AskBo’s payment-done/booking-failed support route so the booking status and refund process can be traced together.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
Use the payment choices offered for the specific itinerary. The Easy Cancel FAQ says that product cannot be purchased with loyalty points, vouchers or a credit account; do not confuse a flight credit with payment for this add-on.
