Delivery information
The official UAE shipping page lists express delivery of 8–15 days, USD10 below a USD100 paid subtotal and free from USD100. The subtotal is after discounts, so a reduction can move an order below the free-shipping threshold. Other GCC countries have their own shipping tables.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Start a return within 30 days after delivery is confirmed. Eligible clothes must remain unworn, unwashed and tagged. Use Start a Return or the order’s Return option, wait for approval, then send the parcel and upload its tracking number.
Refunds
PatPat lets you choose original-payment refund or store credit. Card and bank processing typically takes 7–15 business days after refund processing. Store credit cannot later be switched to cash; the refund reflects the discounted price actually paid.
Using your Patpat coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Choose the shipping country and each garment’s size. Matching family pieces may be sold separately.
- Copy the coupon and paste it into the promotional-code field if available in the PatPat basket or checkout.
- Apply it before comparing shipping. The UAE US$100 free-express threshold uses the subtotal after discounts.
- Save the order details and watch for Delivered status. That status enables the online Return option for an eligible return.
Store offers and coupons have separate conditions. Their terms explain any limits on combining them.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the return button missing?
The help centre says it appears once the order status is Delivered. Contact support if the status is wrong.
Can I choose the delivery company?
PatPat assigns the carrier for the address and does not offer carrier selection.
Are shipping charges refunded?
The refund article says shipping fees are returned only when an order is cancelled before packaging.
Can a coupon reduce my basket below free shipping?
Yes. PatPat’s UAE shipping table uses the subtotal after discounts. Express shipping is US$10 below US$100 and free from US$100; compare the final total rather than the discount alone.
What should I do after PatPat approves a return?
Use the issued RMA and return address, send the approved items within the stated return instructions and upload the parcel’s tracking number. The policy sets a 30-day sending window after the return application.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
