Booking confirmation & arrival
Confirmed, fully paid packages are sent as vouchers and tickets to the booking email. Follow each voucher’s redemption instructions and bring the required photo ID and payment card for hotel check-in. Campaign flags do not mean the hotels or attractions are located outside Abu Dhabi.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation depends on the exact hotel-and-park package. If a product states no cancellation policy, Yas Island’s general terms make the booking non-refundable. Changes require the operator’s consent and may mean cancelling the original booking and making a new one at the price available then. Read those conditions alongside the included hotel nights and park tickets before choosing your package.
Refunds
When the operator completely cancels a booking, the general terms provide a full booking refund, excluding associated travel, insurance or visa costs. An eligible customer cancellation follows that package’s conditions. A universal bank-refund deadline is not stated in the reviewed booking terms.
Using your Yas Island coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
- Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
- Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.
Store offers and coupons have separate conditions. Their terms explain any limits on combining them.
Questions before you book
Where can I find an existing booking?
Manage Booking asks for the reference ID and the booking email.
Are meals always included?
No. The package must explicitly include them; the general terms leave meals to the guest otherwise.
Can someone else use my package?
The booking is for the named guests, and identification may be required.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
Packages are paid in full by credit or debit card at booking. The booking page sets the charging currency. General terms exclude nightly municipality fees from the package price; those are payable directly to the hotel.
