Delivery information

REVOLVE’s FAQ says UAE orders see all-inclusive pricing. International delivery dates are carrier estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times. The public pages reviewed did not establish one current timing or free-shipping threshold for every GCC destination; compare the total and date displayed for your address.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

The returns page states 30 days from shipment for a refund and 60 days for exchange, subject to item conditions. Beauty must be unused and unopened. Its free prepaid-label statement is explicitly for US shoppers; do not assume it covers a return sent from the Gulf.

Refunds

REVOLVE’s international return instructions allow up to 10 working days for processing after the return reaches them; bank posting is additional. Expedited shipping charges are excluded from refunds. The domestic US processing estimate and free prepaid-return labels should not be applied to a Gulf order.

Copy the coupon and enter it in the promotional-code field if provided in the basket or checkout.
Compare the total for your address. UAE all-inclusive pricing is different from assuming a US delivery promotion.
If requesting an authorised-retailer price match, contact customer care with the identical item and in-stock comparison. Do not assume the coupon stacks with a price match.

Are US free-return labels available in the Gulf?

The reviewed page limits that statement to US customers. Get the destination-specific instructions.

Can I return opened beauty products?

The stated beauty return condition requires unused, unopened products.

Does a delivery estimate guarantee arrival?

REVOLVE describes international dates as estimates provided by carriers.

Can I use a coupon on top of a REVOLVE price match?

The FAQ generally excludes that combination. It describes a narrow exception when the same competing retailer offers both benefits together. A separate coupon on our page does not establish eligibility for that exception.

When is a REVOLVE preorder charged?

The official FAQ says a preorder is charged when it ships. A cancellation before shipment therefore differs from a refund for an already charged, delivered item.

Does copying a code open the store?
