Booking confirmation & arrival

Use the booking details in the Trip.com account or app for the confirmation status and the property’s arrival instructions. Keep the Trip.com booking number when contacting support about a reservation.

Cancellations & refunds

Hotel bookings can be free-cancellation until a stated deadline, partially refundable or non-refundable. Trip.com’s guide directs you to the booking details to view the cancellation policy and submit the request; use Trip.com for a booking paid through it.

Refunds

Trip.com’s hotel-refund guide distinguishes the request status from the time the payment provider needs to post funds. Track the specific booking’s refund details; its hotel estimates should not be treated as a guarantee for airline refunds.

Using your Trip.com coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

Set the booking country or region and choose the travel product. Read whether its coupon is for the app or website.
Copy the coupon. Trip.com’s guide directs signed-in users to Promo Codes in the app account or desktop account menu to add a code.
Select an eligible room or fare and apply the available coupon at booking. Compare payment timing, taxes and the full payable amount.
Keep the booking number and the cancellation deadline. For hotels, use My Trips and the booking’s cancellation controls rather than assuming every rate is refundable.

Where do I find my hotel cancellation deadline?

Open the hotel booking details and its cancellation policy; the deadline belongs to that rate.

Does a hotel refund estimate cover flights too?

No. Airline fare and refund rules are separate from the hotel guide.

Can every Trip.com coupon be used on the website?

No. The official guide identifies app-only promotions as well as other offers; channel conditions matter.

Are Trip Coins the same as an immediate cash discount?

No. Trip Coins are loyalty credit for eligible later prepaid bookings. The published conversion is approximately 100 coins to US$1, with exchange-rate and booking conditions; earning coins is separate from reducing today’s payment.

Where do I cancel a hotel reservation?

Open My Trips, select the booking and read its cancellation policy before choosing Cancel Booking. The property’s deadline and rate conditions determine any fee; keep the cancellation and refund status in the booking record.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

Some hotel rates are prepaid and some allow payment at the property. The selected rate controls when payment is due, accepted methods and any cancellation charge; paying at arrival does not automatically mean cancellation is free.
