The AED 30 cap is reached at AED 300 of eligible full-price spending if the full 10% applies. That is a calculation from the terms, not a minimum spend. Adding unnecessary items beyond the cap does not increase the coupon saving.

StoreUs delivery times

The shipping policy gives a general domestic transit estimate of 2–7 days, with dispatch usually within two business days of payment. Individual listings may show a shorter estimate. Shipping is calculated from the parcel’s size, weight and destination at checkout. You can request cancellation or an address change before dispatch; tracking is sent once the parcel leaves.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returning your purchase

Request and return eligible items within 14 days, with proof of purchase, original packaging, tags and any free gifts. Report transport damage within 24 hours. The dedicated returns policy lists collection/replacement fees of AED 20 in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and AED 25 elsewhere in the UAE. Seller approval and category rules apply; opened electronics, hygiene products, personalised goods and many fragrances are restricted.

How the refund is handled

After inspection and seller approval, card refunds return to the original card and may take up to 30 days from the approval notice. Cash-on-delivery refunds of AED 500 or less use a voucher or loyalty points; larger amounts use bank transfer. Refunds reflect the price actually paid, exclude delivery charges and require the returned item to pass inspection.
