Access & activation

An eSIM is installed digitally, so there is no shipping address or parcel. Use a compatible, network-unlocked device and a stable internet connection. Most plans start when connected to a supported destination network; some start on installation. Read the package’s activation policy before installing.

Cancellations & refunds

Eligible orders show Request Refund in package history or order details. Expired or fully used eSIMs are excluded. Contact support before installing a wrongly purchased package.

Refunds

For wrong purchases or changed plans, Airalo lists Airmoney credit as the refund option. For installation or service issues, eligible requests may offer Airmoney or the original payment method. Original-method refunds typically take 7–10 business days, and may take up to 30 depending on the bank.

Using your Airalo coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Does every eSIM include a phone number?

No. Some plans are data-only; calls and texts are included only where the package says so.

Will installation immediately start the package?

Can changing travel plans produce a card refund?

For a wrong purchase or changed plans, the reviewed Airalo guidance offers Airmoney credit. Eligible technical-issue refunds may have other methods.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

Airalo lists credit/debit cards, PayPal, Airmoney, Google Pay and Apple Pay where available. Alipay is listed for the mobile app. An available payment method can be combined with Airmoney through Apply Code / Use Airmoney.
