GAP coupon code

Choose the fit, length and fabric before comparing a GAP coupon code. This guide covers the UAE store, including delivery and the return-and-reorder process for a different size.

GAP’s UAE store is suited to comparing denim, everyday basics and family clothing. Start with fit, length and fabric: two jeans at a similar price may have a different rise or cut. This guide covers the UAE store rather than GAP’s US return policy.

If you want another size, return the original and place a new order: GAP’s online flow does not provide a direct exchange.

Delivery information

Selected Dubai products offer 2-hour delivery; the displayed fee is AED50 below AED400 and free from AED400. The page also lists same-day options before 8pm in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, plus next-day options. Your product and checkout must show the service; remote addresses and busy periods can differ.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

The delivery-and-returns page allows 30 days from arrival and free collection. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags, invoice and packaging. Hygiene exclusions include pierced jewellery, underwear and opened socks; swimwear needs its hygiene seal. The terms page counts from purchase, so start a return promptly rather than relying on the last day.

Refunds

GAP inspects returned items before approval. A card refund goes back to the card; delivery and return costs can be treated differently from the item price under the terms. Keep the approval email until the money appears.

Using your GAP coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Store offers and coupons have separate conditions. Their terms explain any limits on combining them.

Frequently asked questions

Does GAP UAE deliver overseas?

Its delivery page limits this storefront to UAE addresses and excludes PO boxes.

Can I cancel an order already dispatched?

Contact support promptly; an order already sent must go through the return process after arrival.

Should I send returned pieces separately?

GAP asks you to return items from the same order together in one parcel.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

GAP UAE’s purchase terms list Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Prices are shown in the local currency; a card billed in another currency uses the issuer’s exchange rate. Use the methods offered for your UAE order at checkout.

Contact GAP

Use GAP’s official help page with your order reference and the country where you bought the item.
