Delivery information

The UAE store’s Advanced Media shipping policy estimates three to five days within the UAE, excluding weekends and public holidays. International delivery depends on stock, address verification and courier arrangements; destination duties can be the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

For UAE orders from 19 March 2026, the policy gives 14 calendar days from purchase, subject to inspection and its listed conditions: manufacturing defect or not-as-described issues, unopened or unused condition, original packaging and all contents. Sale and clearance items are excluded. Contact Advanced Media before returning; this is not the global store’s 30-day policy.

Refunds

The UAE policy requires proof of purchase and approval after inspection but does not state a universal refund posting time. Hardware returns and app-store subscription refunds follow different purchase channels.

Who handles a UAE hardware return?

The UAE refund page directs customers to Advanced Media Trading and requires contact before returning the item.
