Delivery information

Samsung UAE’s standard-delivery page lists earliest shipping of 1–2 days in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, and 2–3 in other emirates; the checkout calendar gives the available date. Large-appliance installation may cost extra. Saudi orders ship to Saudi addresses and use the estimate in the shipping confirmation.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

UAE guidance accepts sealed, unopened products for change-of-mind returns and rejects opened change-of-mind returns; it separately gives 14 days for an incorrect model or colour. Saudi sale terms give seven days for sealed, undamaged products with their original contents. Return promotional gifts and bundle items with the purchase where required.

Refunds

Samsung UAE starts a refund after the returned items reach its warehouse and allows up to 15 working days; payment-provider or bank processing can affect the time. Saudi terms also allow 15 business days for card refunds, with possible additional bank time. Saudi cash-on-delivery refunds use bank transfer.

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Frequently asked questions

Is appliance installation always included?

No. Samsung UAE says installation for large appliances may carry an additional charge.

Can I keep a promotional gift after returning the device?

Bundle and promotion conditions can require returning the accompanying gifts or items as well.

Does a return automatically end bank instalments?

Ask the bank about the remaining instalments; the financing agreement is separate from the product return.

Does copying a code open the store?
