Delivery information
Prepaid UAE delivery is included, with a stated 1–2-business-day estimate. UAE cash on delivery adds AED30 and is listed as UAE-only. The GCC table includes shipping and estimates 5–6 business days; the product and destination selector give the item’s estimate. GCC prices include duties and taxes. Precious-metal and gemstone items cannot be shipped to Kuwait, and destination restrictions can also affect exotic materials.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Eligible return requests must be raised within three days of delivery. Items marked No returns on this item are excluded. Start through My Purchases, select the order and choose Cancel/Return; the retailer arranges collection.
Refunds
Refund processing is stated as seven business days after receipt and inspection. UAE customer-initiated returns incur AED20 plus VAT per item. Cards may then take 7–14 business days to show the credit; cash payments are returned by bank transfer.

Is jewellery delivery available to Kuwait?
The delivery page excludes precious-metal and gemstone items from Kuwait shipping.
Does bank processing start at pickup?
No. The retailer first receives and inspects the return, then initiates the refund.
Does included UAE delivery also mean cash on delivery is free?
No. The official table includes prepaid delivery, but UAE cash on delivery adds AED30. Its COD section is UAE-only; do not assume that payment method is available across the GCC.
What is deducted from a UAE customer-initiated return?
The policy lists AED20 plus VAT per item for UAE customer-initiated returns. Refund processing starts after receipt and quality review; your card provider’s 7–14-business-day posting period comes afterwards.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
