This is digital software access. Keep the purchase account and activation instructions, and check supported operating systems before installing.
Cancellations & refunds
For current consumer plans, manage cancellation through My Kaspersky’s subscription controls. Some older products use the reseller portal instead. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the current paid term ends.
Refunds
Refund requests are separate from stopping renewal. The published online-purchase policy describes a 30-day request window and five to seven business days after approval; the seller and purchase channel matter.
Using your Kaspersky coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
- Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
- Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Frequently asked questions
Does cancelling automatically request a refund?
No. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions in the official guidance.
Can I use one subscription on unlimited devices?
Only the device allowance purchased is included. Read both the number of devices and compatible systems.
Is the coupon an activation code?
No. A purchase discount and the licence or account activation instructions serve different purposes.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
Compare the first-term charge with the automatic renewal amount and currency. A discount on the initial subscription does not establish the price of later renewals.
