Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returning your purchase
Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar give eligible purchases a 14-day return window. Keep the invoice, tags, accessories and any free gift. Underwear, swimwear and personalised items are excluded from ordinary returns. Request furniture collection through customer service; do not take a bulky nursery item to a branch without arranging it. Returns must stay within the country of purchase.
How the refund is handled
Kuwait and Saudi Arabia quote 2–4 working days for collection, followed by inspection; card processing can take another 14 working days. In Kuwait, eligible online returns offer Aura credit, while Saudi cash-on-delivery returns can use an eGift card. Qatar lists refunds to the original payment type, including cash for COD. A store-credit refund is different from money returned to your bank.
