800 Flower delivery times
UAE: Dubai offers standard, evening, midnight and three-hour express options. The same-day cutoff is 8pm in Dubai and 4pm in Abu Dhabi (1pm on Sundays). Sharjah and Al Ain show their cutoff at checkout; Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain have next-day standard delivery. In Dubai, flower and plant orders above AED 250 get free delivery; gifts-only orders cost AED 45 to deliver. The delivery minimum is AED 100. The selected slot and address determine availability.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returning your purchase
If a bouquet arrives damaged, contact customer service immediately with the order number and photos. The store also offers a replacement if its flowers fail to stay fresh for five days under its freshness guarantee.
How the refund is handled
Cancel at least 24 hours before delivery to qualify for a full refund. A later cancellation may receive a store voucher instead, depending on preparation status. The FAQ does not give a bank-refund processing time.
