Booking confirmation & arrival

Tickets bought online are delivered by email. Present the electronic or printed ticket and the required matching identification at entry. Check the visit date, guest names and park on the confirmation; campaign country flags describe an audience, not parks in those countries.

Cancellations & refunds

The general ticket terms make purchases non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For dated tickets, the published rule allows a date change requested before 7pm on the preceding day, with AED50 per person, unless that product has different terms. Yas Concierge handles changes.

Refunds

Do not budget for a change-of-mind refund on a standard ticket. Where a specific experience is cancelled by the operator, the experience’s terms govern any refund; this does not automatically cover travel or hotel costs.
