Use the delivery instructions for the purchase: Platinumlist’s terms allow electronic or physical tickets as arranged for the event. Check the last-admission time as well as the event end time; arriving before the end does not guarantee entry.

Cancellations & refunds

Tickets are normally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with specified exceptions for cancelled events or significant changes. Missing an event, arriving late or failing age/dress requirements is not normally a refund reason.

Refunds

The terms describe written refund applications within 30 days of the event or cancellation/postponement announcement for eligible cases. Provide event and purchase references through official support. Fees have their own refund rules and exceptions; do not assume every fee returns.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Can I get a refund if I arrive late?

The ticket terms exclude late arrival and missing the last-admission time as normal refund grounds.

What should a refund request include?

Use official support and supply the event name/date, transaction and ticket numbers, and the reason for an eligible request.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

Review the full ticket total including service and processing fees before payment. Keep transaction and ticket numbers. Bank-card promotions and optional refund products have separate eligibility from the event’s ordinary ticket conditions.
