UAE: standard shipping is AED 15 below AED 49 and free above AED 49; eligible 2-hour delivery costs AED 12. The shipping table lists same-day service for Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, and next-day for other listed emirates. Saudi domestic parcels up to 30kg cost SAR 12 up to SAR 99, then ship free; heavier parcels cost SAR 55. Yalla items have same-day delivery, others 3–5 days. For parcels up to 20kg: Oman OMR 7/free above OMR 50; Bahrain BHD 3/free above BHD 30; Qatar QAR 50/free above QAR 499; Kuwait KWD 5/free above KWD 40. These four routes list 5–7 days; heavier Oman/Kuwait parcels can take 7–10 days. Bulky, remote-area and customs charges may be extra.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returning your purchase
UAE and Saudi eligible returns have a 14-day window from delivery with free pickup. Start in My Account → Account Information → My Returns. Keep items unused and in original packaging. Exclusions include hygiene and feeding products, diapers, personalised goods and fully assembled items. Ordinary returns are unavailable for shipments to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar unless the item is faulty. International warranty claims can require you to pay both shipping legs.
How the refund is handled
After approval, wallet refunds take 24–48 hours, card refunds 5–7 business days and Mada 7–14 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders return to the Mumzworld Wallet. Tabby and Tamara refunds go back to the provider and usually take 7–14 business days. A returned item may need inspection before approval.

At an eligible basket value of AED 400 or SAR 400, a 10% discount reaches the AED/SAR 40 maximum. Increasing the eligible basket beyond that does not increase this coupon’s saving.
