Delivery information

The UAE FAQ estimates 3–5 days for standard orders and 5–7 days for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. Quick delivery applies only to eligible items and locations; the basket shows the actual option. The same FAQ lists conflicting small-order UAE charges, so use the amount shown for your address.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Most eligible purchases have a 14-day return window. Keep the invoice, tags and original packaging. Fragrances, cosmetics, underwear, gift vouchers and altered items are excluded. Start through My Orders → Return/Exchange.

Refunds

Returns are inspected before refund processing. Cash-on-delivery refunds go to My Cash wallet credit. The FAQ disagrees about whether that credit expires, so ask support before choosing it.

Using your AIVI coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

UAE options include cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery. Availability and fees depend on the selected market.
