Cancellations & refunds

Refunds

Track an eligible request on Etihad’s UAE Refund Status page. Card refunds return to the same card; an optional Etihad voucher is credited instantly to Etihad Credit. If money has not arrived after 45 days, the airline advises contacting your bank with the refund’s ARN reference, then Etihad support if needed. This is a follow-up threshold, not a promised arrival date.

  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.

Can I change an agency ticket online with Etihad?

Etihad directs travellers who booked through an agent to that agent for changes.

Etihad says the most restrictive fare rule applies when multiple fares are booked together.
