Returns, exchanges & refunds

Send eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Use Italist’s authorised return process and the specified courier; a parcel sent with an unrelated waybill may be refused. Returns travel back through Italian customs and are not generally free.

Refunds

After UPS confirms receipt, the refund policy allows 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds can go to the original method or store credit; shipping, duties, processing and courier charges can reduce the amount. A card provider may need more time to post it.

Italist’s refund policy excludes customs duties; any separate customs claim is destination-dependent.
