Delivery information
Saudi terms list a SAR22 delivery charge and require a National Address. Orders spanning GCC and UK stock may arrive separately; the checkout gives the relevant dates. UAE timing also depends on stock and destination. Do not use one country’s fee as a promise for the other.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Eligible unused items have a 28-day return window, with original packaging, tags and category exclusions. International online orders cannot be returned to a Next retail store. UAE sources disagree on the local-return deduction: the help article says AED20 and the terms say AED25. Use the charge shown in your return instructions before booking collection.
Refunds
Keep proof of postage and Next’s refund email. UAE help allows up to 14 days for return transit, then one working day for processing, but the terms publish longer estimates; no single guaranteed arrival date is established. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. Saudi terms allow up to 14 days for transit, then 7–10 working days to initiate the refund.
Using your Next coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
- Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
- Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Does Saudi delivery need a National Address?
Yes. The Saudi terms specifically require it.
Can I take an online parcel to a Next shop?
The country terms exclude retail-store returns for international online orders.
What happens to a late return?
If accepted at Next’s discretion after the usual period, it may be refunded as an eVoucher.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
Choose payment in the correct country storefront. UAE terms explain that a late-return eVoucher can cover all or part of an online purchase; it is store value, not cash.
