Returns, exchanges & refunds
Free Returns covers participating products and eligible buyers, not every listing. The published service terms give participating mainland-China products a 90-calendar-day window counted from payment; local-seller windows can differ. Follow the deadline in your order, request the return through AliExpress and use the issued return instructions. Keep the item, accessories and packaging in the required condition.
Refunds
A partial return can change whether an order still meets a conditional free-shipping threshold. Under the service terms, shipping costs may then be deducted from the refund. A universal GCC refund-processing time has not been established here.
Using your AliExpress coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Set the delivery country and choose the exact size, colour, warehouse and seller before adding the item to the basket.
- Copy the coupon from this page. In the order checkout, use the promotional-code field if provided for that order and apply it.
- Read the order breakdown: item discounts, coupon deductions, shipping and tax are separate amounts.
- Complete payment inside AliExpress and save the order’s delivery estimate and buyer-protection deadline.

Does Free Returns cover every listing?
No. It applies to participating products and eligible buyers under the service conditions shown for the order.
Can a partial return affect free shipping?
Yes. If the remaining purchase no longer meets a conditional threshold, the service terms allow shipping deductions from the refund.
Should I pay a seller outside AliExpress?
Keep payment and order communication within the marketplace’s purchase process.
Does the 90-day Free Returns clock start on delivery?
For the participating mainland-China products described in the published service terms, it starts on payment. Other eligible seller locations have different windows. Your order’s service label and deadline matter more than a storewide assumption.
Can I send several free return parcels for one order?
The service terms describe one free inbound return service per order. Include the approved items in the instructed return and keep the label and tracking record; a second parcel is not automatically free.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
