Booking confirmation & arrival

Manage the booked itinerary through flynas and keep the reference and passenger name. Confirm which carrier operates each segment; flynas directs codeshare changes to its call centre rather than promising online changes for every partner ticket.

Cancellations & refunds

The fare table allows eligible changes and cancellations up to four hours before departure, with fees depending on route and bundle. For International Group 1, standard Light and Value do not allow cancellation; Plus and Premium have cancellation fees.

Refunds

For the voluntary cancellations described in the fare table, the remaining balance becomes Nas Wallet credit for the same passenger through direct channels, valid for one year from issue. This is not a promise of a cash refund.

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Questions before you book

Does cancellation return cash?

The published voluntary-cancellation table describes remaining value as Nas Wallet credit for the same traveller, rather than a cash refund.

Can I change a codeshare flight online?

The current fare page directs codeshare changes to the flynas call centre.

Do all Gulf routes include the same checked bag?

No. Use the route group and fare bundle together; the baggage allowance differs between Light, Value, Plus and Premium.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
