Returns, exchanges & refunds

For missing or damaged items, open the relevant order and use Order Help promptly. Prepared food is not handled like an unopened parcel. Plus can be cancelled from Account before the next billing cycle.

Refunds

The UAE FAQ describes a 14-day refund request period at the start of a paid Plus period. Grocery Freshness Promise claims have separate conditions and a 48-hour reporting window; these are not blanket refunds for every order.

Using your Deliveroo coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Frequently asked questions

Does Plus remove all fees?

No. Service and applicable small-order charges can remain even on an order with a delivery benefit.

Where do I report a missing item?

Open Order History, select the affected order and use Order Help so support can see the correct purchase.

Does deleting the app cancel Plus?

Manage the subscription under Account and Deliveroo Plus; deleting the app is not the cancellation route described by Deliveroo.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

Delivery, service and small-order fees are distinct. Plus benefits have qualifying minimum spends and participating partners; a delivery benefit does not remove every checkout fee.
