Returns, exchanges & refunds
For a protected order with shipping or product problems, Alibaba’s standard claim window is 30 days from delivery, extended to 60 days for Enterprise and Enterprise Pro buyers. Easy Return & Refund applies only to eligible products and orders under US$3,000 in listed destinations, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with a 30-day window. It is not an unrestricted GCC-wide change-of-mind policy.

Request help from the order details and keep the supplier conversation on Alibaba. Standard protected orders generally have a 30-day claim window after delivery; business tiers can differ. Approval and payment-provider posting are separate stages.
Using your Alibaba coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Agree the product specification, quantity, production deadline and shipping terms in the Alibaba order, not only in a price quote.
- Copy the coupon. If that protected order’s checkout offers a coupon field, paste the code there and apply it before paying.
- Compare the payable order value with freight, customs responsibilities and any sample or customisation charges.
- Keep payment and supplier messages on Alibaba so the agreed specification and deadline remain attached to a potential claim.

Frequently asked questions
Is Alibaba priced like a normal retail store?
Not always. Unit prices can depend on quantity, specifications and the supplier’s minimum order.
Does Trade Assurance remove the need for clear specifications?
No. The agreed order terms are important evidence when a shipment or quality issue is disputed.
Is local return available across the Gulf?
Only eligible orders and participating destinations qualify. UAE or Saudi availability does not establish eligibility in other GCC countries.
Does the unit price include delivery to the Gulf?
Not necessarily. Compare the quotation for the same quantity and shipping terms, including who pays freight, duties and import tax. Production lead time also comes before transit time.
Does a Saudi return-service reference make our coupon valid there?
No. A merchant service’s coverage and a coupon campaign’s eligible countries are separate. This page’s supplied Alibaba campaign lists Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the UAE; Saudi Arabia is not in that coupon list.
Does copying a code open the store?

Payment options
Pay through the Alibaba order using the options offered there. A payment sent privately to a supplier is not equivalent to a platform-protected transaction.
