Choose a plan, install the eSIM using the supplied instructions and connect on the supported destination network. The help policy states a 12-month purchase validity for unused plans; this is different from the data plan’s active duration.
Cancellations & refunds

Refunds
Unused eligible plans may qualify for a full refund. Once installed or used, Orbit reviews requests case by case: its policy describes full or near-full consideration at 0–10% usage, possible partial refunds at 10–30%, and no refund above 30% or after the 12-month validity. These are review bands, not guaranteed repayment percentages. A discounted purchase can only be refunded up to the amount paid, through the original payment route.
