Access & activation
Delivery is digital with installation instructions. Installation and activation are not necessarily the same event: follow your plan’s activation deadline and network instructions before travel.
Cancellations & refunds
The general refund policy requires requests within 30 days of purchase. Eligible uninstalled or unactivated plans can receive a full refund; used plans have stricter technical-failure conditions. DTAC Thailand plans, UK voice plans and Unlimited plans have their own product-page policies, so this general window must not be applied to them automatically.
Refunds
Under the general policy, a plan bought with a discount code becomes non-refundable once installed or activated. For a single-use eSIM, deleting it before a refund request prevents a refund or replacement under that policy. Keep the eSIM installed while support investigates, and use the separate product policy for the excluded plan types.
Using your Nomad eSIM coupon code

- Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
- Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
- Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.
Store offers and coupons have separate conditions. Their terms explain any limits on combining them.
Frequently asked questions
Can I install before arriving?
Installation ahead of travel can be useful, but activation triggers and deadlines vary by plan. Follow the supplied instructions.
Does the country flag describe my residence?
Travel connectivity depends on the plan’s destination coverage. Campaign targeting and mobile-network coverage are different facts.
Can a discounted plan be refunded after installation?
Nomad’s general policy excludes discounted plans after installation or activation. DTAC Thailand, UK voice and Unlimited plans instead follow their own product-specific policies.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
Nomad’s help describes an Add Promo Code option during checkout. Review its exclusions before completing payment; a code generally cannot be added retrospectively.
