My Orders shows the seller’s dispatch deadline under Awaiting Shipment. After dispatch, open Shipped and Track Item for tracking. Processing and transit are separate; use the listing and order estimates for the chosen quantity and destination rather than a single DHgate-wide arrival promise.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Use the order’s dispute and buyer-support route for an item not received or not matching its description. Keep messages and photographs with the order, and obtain return instructions before sending goods back.
Refunds
DHgate’s accessible buyer help describes online-payment refunds returning to the original payment account. Its current regional deadlines were not accessible in this review, so the order’s displayed protection deadline is the useful reference; no fixed bank arrival time is promised here.
Using your DHgate coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Choose the seller, quantity and shipping method, then proceed from the basket to the order checkout.
- Apply the copied coupon before submitting the order. DHgate’s help says coupons cannot be added on the payment page after an order number is created.
- The coupon area can show automatically matched coupons; use its arrow to change the selection if needed.
- Review the eligible goods total separately from shipping. DHgate coupon minimums in the buyer help exclude shipping fees.

Is dispatch time the arrival date?
No. Seller processing comes before courier transit, and import handling can add another stage.
Should I return an item before opening the order case?
Obtain the case instructions first so the return address, tracking and evidence match the dispute.
Are DHgate and Alibaba the same checkout?
No. Keep the order, payment and support case on the platform where you actually purchased.
Can I add a coupon after placing a DHgate order?
The official buyer help says it must be applied before the order number is generated. The later payment page cannot add it to an already placed order.
Do delivery fees count towards a DHgate coupon minimum?
The platform’s buyer help says the minimum for its coupons excludes shipping. Our supplied coupon does not state an amount, so do not invent a threshold or assume shipping makes a basket eligible.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Keep payment within the marketplace order and retain its receipt. The current checkout payment list could not be independently confirmed for every Gulf destination.
