Booking confirmation & arrival
Manage Booking takes the booking reference and last name and can handle contact information, seats, bags and eligible flight changes. Keep your e-ticket as well as the reservation reference.
Cancellations & refunds
Online exchange/refund is for eligible direct bookings. Interline, codeshare and rail/surface combinations are excluded from the stated web process, so contact the original seller or Oman Air support. Applicable charges are displayed before an eligible change.
Refunds
For an eligible ticket bought on Oman Air’s website, its Conditions of Carriage state reimbursement within 45 days after an online refund request. Eligibility still follows the fare. The web refund tool returns card payments to the original card; cash or agency purchases need the original sales channel. Keep the refund reference and bank statement for follow-up.
Using your Oman Air coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Choose the departure market, route, dates and passengers in Oman Air’s flight search.
- Use the search’s “Promo Code?” option where shown, paste the copied code and continue to eligible fares.
- Compare the total fare, baggage and change fees. Flight Pass is a separate prepaid product redeemed through its own portal.
- Save the e-ticket and booking reference. Manage Booking uses the reference and passenger last name; agent purchases follow the original seller’s service route.

Questions before you book
Can an agency ticket be refunded online by Oman Air?
The published process directs agency-issued tickets back to the issuing agency.
Where does a card refund go?
Eligible refunds return to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.
What if the itinerary includes a codeshare?
The online exchange/refund page excludes these combinations from web processing and directs you to the seller or call centre.
Is the advertised Flight Pass rate a one-ticket price?
It is a per-flight rate within a prepaid bundle. The observed Muscat–Dubai example requires 40 flights over 12 months; it is not a standalone OMR28 fare. Applicable taxes and any booking instalment follow the pass rules.
Does a Flight Pass route to Dubai change this coupon’s country list?
No. A flight destination is different from the campaign’s shopping market. The Flight Pass examples here are from the Oman site; the supplied Oman Air coupon country list remains unchanged.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
The exchange tool takes eligible additional charges by credit/debit card. Cash-office refunds and card-booking refunds use different channels, so retain the original payment record.
