Returns, exchanges & refunds

Request a return authorisation within 14 days of receipt, then send the parcel within 30 days of that authorisation. Keep original packaging and tags. Opened beauty, marked clearance items and hygiene-sensitive categories have exclusions. Unwanted-item return postage is paid by the shopper.

Refunds

YesStyle Credit is the default refund, usually granted within seven days of processing. Ask customer service during the return request if you want an alternative payment-method refund; bank posting may take up to 14 business days or longer. Shipping and coupon reductions are not refunded as cash.

Using your YesStyle coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Do I need permission before sending a return?

Yes. Request an RMA number from the account or customer service first.

Can I get money instead of YesStyle Credit?

Ask customer service for the desired refund method when requesting the return.

Does a country listing mean every beauty item ships there?

No. The shipping policy says individual products and categories can be restricted.

Does copying a code open the store?

The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.

Payment options

The help centre covers cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, but the destination’s checkout determines which methods are available. A reward credit and a coupon are separate fields and benefits.
