Before you order

Start a day-based pass early: its days end at midnight, rather than running for 24 hours from the first scan.

Booking confirmation & arrival

Your pass arrives by email after payment and can be synced to the app. Some attractions require reservations. For refund purposes, Dubai’s terms count an advance attraction booking as activation, so plan reservations carefully.

Cancellations & refunds

For purchases from 1 May 2026, unused, unactivated passes have a 90-day cancellation window. Dubai’s terms exclude passes activated by a visit or advance attraction booking.

Refunds

Go City’s Dubai terms say eligible refunds use the original method and currency within 14 days of the cancellation request. Contact support with the order number.

Using your GoCity coupon code

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.

Questions before you book

Does adding the pass to the app activate it?

Adding the pass to the app does not start its visit period. The first attraction visit starts that period, but an advance attraction reservation counts as activation for refund purposes under Dubai’s terms.

Are attraction reservations still needed?

Some attractions require reservations. Look for the reservation-required label and follow that attraction’s booking instructions.

How long can I use Dubai Explorer after starting?

The reviewed Dubai page gives 30 days from the first attraction for the remaining selected visits.

Does copying a code open the store?
