Delivery information
Home delivery and free Click & Collect are available through the UAE store. Delivery cost and timing depend on the address; your confirmation email gives the expected lead time and a tracking link follows once the parcel is packed. For collection, wait for the ready message. Place separate orders for home delivery and store collection.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
The stated return period is 14 days, subject to exclusions and condition checks. Beauty products and fragrances appear on the non-returnable list, so do not assume that an unopened body-care item qualifies simply because it is within 14 days. Report wrong or damaged deliveries through customer care.
Refunds
The available refund route depends on how you paid. Card refunds can require additional bank processing; cash orders may use cash, a gift card or Aura credit according to the return channel. Once issued as Aura credit, a refund cannot be converted to cash.
Using your Bath & Body Works coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
- Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
- Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.
Store offers and coupons have separate conditions. Their terms explain any limits on combining them.
