Delivery information
The shipping estimate depends on the destination and products in the order. The cash-on-delivery help page describes processing before shipment, so processing and transit should not be treated as the same period. Use the order’s shipping information for the arrival estimate.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
The regional policy gives most eligible new items 15 days from receipt. For UAE orders, the first eligible return per order is free through the listed J&T or IMILE pickup service; each subsequent return from that order has an AED10 deduction. Self-return shipping is paid by the customer and is not reimbursed. Keep tags and hygiene seals and use the return address issued in your account.
Refunds
After inspection, an approved refund goes to your chosen SHEIN Wallet or original payment account. Shipping and inspection happen before payment processing. A partial return can change the coupon’s minimum-spend calculation, so the refund reflects what you paid after the applicable discount and deductions.
Using your Shein coupon code
Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.
- Choose the UAE storefront and the correct item sizes and seller, then add the products to the basket.
- Copy the coupon and use the coupon or promotional-code area shown during checkout for that order.
- Apply the code and read the priced basket, including excluded items, shipping and the payment-method charge if any.
- Keep tags and packaging until you decide to keep the order. For a return, start in the account and follow the issued label or pickup instructions.

Frequently asked questions
Does a coupon cover third-party sellers?
A code for SHEIN-sold products does not automatically apply to marketplace sellers.
Where should I send a return?
Use the address or carrier instructions issued for your return request, not an address copied from the original parcel.
Is every UAE return from one SHEIN order free?
No. The first eligible return per order is free using the listed pickup service. Each later return from the same order has an AED10 deduction; self-return postage is not reimbursed.
Should I use the sender address printed on the delivery parcel?
Use the address or label issued by the return process in your account. The dispatch address on the original parcel is not automatically the approved return address.
Does copying a code open the store?
The note below “Copy Code” tells you whether the store also opens in a new tab. If its link is unavailable, the button only reveals and copies the code. Pressing Copy Code again also opens the store in a new tab.
Payment options
SHEIN lists payment on delivery for GCC markets, subject to order limits, fees and confirmation. For Saudi Arabia, its help page says this service uses card payment through a POS terminal rather than cash.
