Booking confirmation & arrival

Keep the booking confirmation and e-ticket details. Air India separates online check-in, Manage Booking and flight status tools; a paid reservation is not a boarding pass. Use the operating airline’s instructions for a connecting journey.

Cancellations & refunds

Change and cancellation charges depend on the route, cabin and fare brand. Air India publishes separate Gulf tables, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE; use the terms attached to your own ticket. Its refund page defines a no-show as failing to change or cancel at least four hours before an international departure, or two hours before a domestic departure.

Refunds

For direct online tickets, start with Manage Booking. Tickets bought from an agent or another portal must be taken back to that seller for a refund request. Air India says tickets can be refunded within two years of issue, subject to their fare rules.

Using your Air India coupon code

Use Copy Code above, then follow these steps at the store.

  1. Add eligible products or choose your booking, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Where checkout provides a promotional-code field, paste the code exactly as copied. Use the store’s app for app-only coupons.
  3. Follow the store’s instructions to apply the code, then review the total and any exclusions before paying.

Questions before you book

Who refunds an agency booking?

Contact the original travel agent or booking portal rather than opening a duplicate direct refund request.

Does a domestic cancellation fee apply to my international flight?

Not automatically. Air India separates fare and route rules; use the conditions attached to the actual international ticket.

Can I manage a refund in the app?

The payment FAQ directs app users to My Trips and website users to Manage Booking. Eligibility still follows the ticket conditions.

Does copying a code open the store?

Payment options

Air India lists cards and several India-focused methods such as UPI and internet banking. Available options depend on the booking market; do not assume an India-only payment promotion applies to a UAE or Saudi purchase.
