Returns, exchanges & refunds

Eligible unused, unopened products with intact seals and invoice have a seven-day return window from delivery or collection. Activated devices and listed categories are excluded. If Jumbo approves a non-defective opened-item return, its policy specifies a 15% restocking fee. Faulty-on-arrival assessment may take three to five business days; keep packaging and accessories.

Refunds

The dedicated policy distinguishes online refunds to the original method from in-store credit notes. It gives seven business days after approval for online processing; bank posting can be later. Gift-card or miles purchases follow voucher rules.
