About New Balance
Buying running shoes or a pair for everyday wear? New Balance offers both, alongside training clothing and accessories. DBPB takes 10% off sitewide in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Compare the exact model, size and width before ordering: two shoes with the same size label can feel different.
Your coupon countries
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia🇰🇼 Kuwait
Country flags describe coupon eligibility. Policy summaries below name the country they cover and do not automatically apply throughout the Gulf.
What to shop at New Balance
- 01Running footwear: compare intended activity and fit.
- 02Lifestyle trainers: compare model, colour and width.
- 03Sports clothing and accessories: use the item’s size guide.
Before you order
Compare the same model and size rather than a similar-looking shoe. Width and fit can change the experience even at the same numbered size. Keep the shoe box and tags in good condition if you may need to return your purchase.
New Balance delivery times
Kuwait and Saudi Arabia calculate delivery charges and timing around the item, service and address. Your order confirmation carries the expected date. If you choose store collection, wait for the ready-to-collect message before travelling; the local order instructions give the collection deadline.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returning your purchase
Kuwait and Saudi Arabia allow 14 days for eligible returns. Start from My Account → Orders → Return Items Online, or follow the local store-return route. Shoes and clothing must be unused and include their tags, accessories and invoice. Underwear, swimwear, personalised items and marked non-returnable products have exclusions. Original delivery charges normally stay paid.
How the refund is handled
The Kuwait and Saudi pages estimate 2–4 working days to collect a return. Inspection comes next, then the bank may need up to 14 additional working days. Card payments can return to the original card; an eGift refund remains store credit. COD refund choices depend on whether you return online or in a store, and COD surcharges are not refunded.

New Balance coupon FAQs
Does DBPB cover the UAE?
This code covers Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. A New Balance store in another country does not extend this offer’s country list.
What should I keep for a shoe return?
Keep the shoes unused, with their packaging, tags, accessories and invoice. Begin the local return request within the 14-day window.
Which New Balance codes are available here?
Available codes: DBPB. Choose the code whose terms match your order.
What benefit and restrictions does each code have?
DBPB — 10% off sitewide in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. No further restrictions are listed.
Which Gulf countries are included?
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait. Use the country selector to show eligible cards. A delivery policy for one market does not establish coupon eligibility in another.
Can I combine this code with a sale or another coupon?
Use only the combinations stated in the offer terms. A sale banner does not prove that an extra code applies, and a sitewide code does not establish stacking with a second coupon.
Does this coupon include free delivery?
The coupon terms do not establish free delivery. Shipping offers and fees are separate and depend on the merchant, address, basket and chosen service.
What should I review if my basket does not qualify?
Match the shopping country, customer type, minimum spend and full-price/sale requirement to the card. Remove an unintended competing code and check excluded brands or categories. Keep the exact code and ask merchant support about an order-specific restriction.
Payment options
Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards are listed in both local sales terms. Other options appear at local checkout. Keep the payment receipt with your order email, especially if part of the basket was paid using an eGift card.
Contact New Balance
The Kuwait and Saudi return pages provide live chat and WhatsApp support. Share the order number and the product’s style or item number when asking about size exchanges, delivery or refunds.
