Booking confirmation & arrival

Online tickets arrive by email and can be downloaded from the confirmation page or accessed through YAS ID. The FAQ describes standard entry as one admission on the selected visit date; keep the barcode accessible before reaching the gate.

Cancellations & refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unless the product has different rules, a dated visit can be moved by notifying Yas Concierge before 7pm on the preceding day, with an AED 50 per-person fee.

Refunds

A change-of-plan purchase does not qualify for a general refund under the published policy. For an order mistake, contact Yas Concierge with the purchase details; do not buy a replacement before clarifying the existing order.
